What's the difference between the demo and the full assessment?

The demo is 5 minutes, just a few choices. It's enough to experience the UX and see how decision style is measured, but not enough data for a full individualised profile. The full assessment is ~20 minutes and produces the complete, personalised decision profile, the one you'd run with C-suite candidates on your mandates.

Does this replace my judgement as the search consultant?

No. EyeQ is decision-behaviour data, one input alongside your reference calls, interviews, candidate history, and your read on cultural fit or add. It's the methodology depth your hiring clients increasingly demand, but you remain the consultant making the placement call.

Most boutique search partners present EyeQ findings alongside their candidate slate as it strengthens the consultant's recommendation rather than replacing it.

Is this a professional tool, or can anyone access it?
