What's the difference between the demo and the full assessment?

The demo is 5 minutes, just a few choices. It's enough to experience the UX and see how decision style is measured, but not enough data for a full individualised profile. The full assessment is ~20 minutes and produces your complete, personalised decision profile, the one you'd run with your clients.

How is my data handled? Is this EU AI Act-compliant?

Yes. EyeQ is GDPR-compliant and aligned with the EU AI Act, our models are pre-trained on validated research datasets, not continuously learning from your inputs. Video frames used for gaze tracking are processed on-device or deleted post-processing; only the structured numerical features are retained, hashed against your assessment ID.

Hosting is on EU servers. We can provide a full DPA on request before certification.

How is this different from a personality or psychometric test?

Different science. Personality inventories measure traits via self-report questionnaire. EyeQ measures actual decision behaviour under real choice pressure using eye-tracking and reaction-time data.

Different output. A personality profile tells you what someone reports about themselves. EyeQ gives a decision-style profile, risk tolerance, perception gaps, information-quantity need. They answer different questions, and many coaches use both.

What does certification involve, and what does it cost?

Certification is a 2-day training that licenses you to run EyeQ with your own clients. We're running introductory pricing during the Ireland launch, your first demo is free, and we'll walk through current pricing for the full assessment and certification in your debrief. As a certified coach, you run EyeQ for your clients and set your own debrief fee.

Do I need to drop my current personality-test certification?

No. Many of our certified coaches use EyeQ alongside their existing tools. EyeQ adds the decision-behaviour layer, personality tools still serve their purpose. You're stacking capabilities, not replacing them.

Is the assessment available to individuals, or only professionals?

EyeQ is a professional tool, it's offered to coaching and assessment professionals and to companies, not as a consumer product. The demo is open to verify fit; full assessment and certification are for credentialed practitioners and organisations.
